On 30-31st January 2020 DG JUST of the European Commission organised this year’s EU Consumer Summit, bringing together more than 500 stakeholders from policy, industry, NGOs, research organisation, etc. in order to work on the most urgent topics in consumer policy.
Several partners of the PROMPT consortium joined the Summit and the different workshops. The “Product Durability and the Circular Economy” workshop was a particularly good opportunity for the partners to present the PROMPT project to all participants and to highlight the most important factors when it comes to reliability, reparability and premature obsolescence.
