The report summarizes the main findings of the work done in work package 6 of the PROMPT project. It includes a summary of the General test programme (GTP) based on the learning of the four case studies done on smartphones, cordless vacuum cleaner, TVs and washing machines. Additionally, conclusions, barriers, and future research suggestions from the three testing categories: reliability, repairability and user & market aspects are discussed.
